Prospect and convert sales through various channels such as call, WhatsApp, SMS
leads generated through website inquiries.
Identify potential customers and their needs, and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and
follow-up strategies.
Present product/service offerings to prospects via phone calls.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales
pipelines.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Strong understanding of online sales techniques and strategies.
Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
