Role and Responsibilities

Client Segmentation: Create targeted value propositions tailored to specific client segments, ensuring alignment with their needs.

Client Relationship Management
Build Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients through strategic planning and understanding of their needs within the competitive training market.
Goal Setting: Establish clear goals and strategies to improve training initiative performance and achieve overall business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Engagement Across Departments: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution of training programs.
Understanding Roles: Ensure all teams are aligned in their understanding of the training initiatives and their contributions to overall success.

Research & Analysis
Market Research: Conduct thorough research on learners, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for program enhancement.
Data Gathering: Collect and analyse data to pinpoint areas needing improvement in training offerings.

Marketing Collaboration
Promotional Material Development: Work closely with marketing teams to design and produce promotional materials that effectively highlight Soft SkillsPrograms and attract clients.

Experience 8 - 10 Years
Salary 6 Lac To 12 Lac P.A.
