Perform a variety of administrative duties be responsible for EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and other relevant compliance
Perform failure analysis on returned samples to find the root cause of failure
Document all investigation and analysis steps in failure analysis database portion of complaint system
Train on all documents related to analysis and quality procedures on a timely manner
Use documentation systems to research information
Train peers on processes and methods
Support investigation of returned product including decontamination, sample preparation (cutting metal/plastic electronic housing using Dremel tool, ) and disposal where applicable
