Job Search Artist
We are currently looking for an Assistant Team Lead to manage our team of
recruiters and customer service specialists in our Job Search Services department.
1. An expert in client servicing and understanding the client requirements,
suggesting and sharing the requirements with internal departments.
2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Conduct regular follow-ups with the client.
4. Maintain quality standards as per the guidelines given.
5. Manage and monitor the team to ensure productivity as per the SLA.
6. Conduct feedback sessions and coach the consultant as required.
7. Ensure that all updates are sent to the client on time and that escalations are
8. Conduct CTM along with other experts.
Skills & Qualification Required:
1. Must have good sourcing skills in recruiting mid-level and senior-level profiles.
2. Should have good research skills.
3. Should be well versed with the Boolean search on Google.
4. Should have worked on LinkedIn search.
5. Should be able to comprehend and communicate well with the client about the
issues and queries.
6. Should have industry knowledge both IT and NOT IT preferably International
experience Eg:(IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Hospitality, Human Resource, Etc.)
7. Team Management is a must.
8. Excellent communication skills are a must.
9. Good at MS office and hands on experience in Excel reporting.
10. Experience on various job portals and job boards like Monster, Dice, Indeed, and
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
Place of work: Jubilee Hills Hyderabad / ANR Banjara Hills / Hitech City.
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
