1. Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to promote products/services and
close sales.
2. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
4. Analyse sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Prepare and manage data in Excel and Google Sheets, including creating reports and
dashboards.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
7. Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
