Information & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), and maintain highly confidential files and databases.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive, internal teams, and external clients or board members.
Special Projects: Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, record meeting minutes, and track project deliverables.
