• Drive sales growth for premium architectural and furniture hardware products.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead and manage showroom, field sales, and key account teams.
• Build relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and developers.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Handle major customer negotiations and project discussions.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations for timely product availability.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
