Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Marketing Goals:
• Achieve the company’s awareness, enquiry, and lead-generation targets through a strategic mix of digital and phygital marketing across assigned villages.
• Manage company’s social media account by posting engaging stories
• Deliver the sales-conversion goals by integrating both on-ground campaigns and digital engagement initiatives.
Social Media Marketing:
• Plan and implement Meta-based social-media strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and adoption of clean-energy products.
• Leverage WhatsApp Business for product promotion and WhatsApp Pay for seamless customer transactions.
• Execute innovative content and product-demonstration campaigns, including influencer marketing and community storytelling.
Field Marketing / Outreach:
• Coordinate on-ground product demonstrations in collaboration with active entrepreneurs.
• Plan and oversee village-level outreach campaigns ensuring alignment with project communication goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• % achievement of planned digital and phygital outreach activities.
• % of household reach target achieved through both channels.
• % of SKU sales / distribution target achieved through digital and phygital marketing efforts.
Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate with Digital Marketing certification or Master’s in Marketing / Communication.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in social-media and field marketing with proven results.
• Expertise in WhatsApp Marketing, Meta Business Suite, and campaign performance tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to connect digital marketing with on-ground impact.
• Experience in the clean-energy or sustainability sector will be an added advantage.
• Solution based result-oriented achievements with proven example to demonstrate
Compensation Structure:
Fixed salary: Up to 55k per month
Variable: 25% Linked to business/project growth
